    AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, advertising attractiveness and product quality on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow's beauty products. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach . by using the Malhotra theory to take a sample, namely the number of items X 5 so that the total sample was found to be 70. To complete this study using validity test, normality test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, and classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study are celebrity endorser variables, advertising attractiveness, and product quality simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. And partially the celebrity endorser variable has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on Ms Glow products. Keywords: Celebrity endorser, advertising appeal, product quality

    Creative Economic Development Model Based on Coconut Products Through Business Mentoring

    Creative economy is an economic sector that has given contribution in creating jobs, increasing exports, creating innovation and creativity, and providing a positive social impact in improving quality of life and tolerance. This research take place in "Rizki Abadi" Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in Sekardangan, Papungan Village, Kanigoro District, Blitar Regency. This SME produces coconut-based snacks called opak gambir. Several obstacles faced by this SME includes lack of innovation in product packaging, unstable raw material prices, inadequate human resources, and conventional marketing methods. The purpose of this research is to depict the model of Opak Gambir-based creative economy development through product innovation, problem identification, and solution making. This research uses primary and secondary data source which consist of direct field observations, interviews, journals, and other articles related. The result of this research found that simple packaging methods, inconsistent labeling and conventional marketing methods lead to inaccurate service and less extensive marketing reach. Unstable raw material price affects sales stability, while the quality of raw materials does not affect sales stability. The environment has no impact to the sales stability due to competition among SME's. Simple production equipment does not significantly affect the stability of sales, while the quantity of sealer affects production's punctuality. Skills and the amount of labor do not have an impact on sales stability. Meanwhile, business mentoring has an ability to help increase in sales due to its support in using online media for promotion and adding the quantity of sealer. In addition, it helps SME attain raw materials from Koperasi.     AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono, Pasuruan, East Java. The samples used in this study were 90 nurses in the non-covid internal room, children's room, operating room, and pavilion room. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of reward, punishment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and based on the results of the partial test (t test) the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan, punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr.     Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of price perception, product quality and promotion on the level of consumer satisfaction of Xiaomi mobile phones. This research was conducted in Probolinggo City, Mi Shop Shop Jl. Dr, Sutomo No.175, Mangunharjo, Kec, Mayangan, Probolinggo City, East Java. This type of research data is in the form of quantitative data, namely the data can be obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, observations, discussions or observations (surveys). This research is a research (explanatory research), and uses primary data sources, namely by distributing linkert-class questionnaires to consumers of the Probolinggo City Mi Shop Shop. The sample calculation in this study used the maholtra formula which resulted in 96 respondents.     Absttract This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of the quarter-life crisis, self-efficacy and student mindset on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The Golden Preneur Student Entrepreneurship Innovation Unit under the Islamic University of Malang. This study used 92 students from the Golden Startup Student Innovation Unit. The sample used in this study was 92 students. The method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical hypothesis test, hypothesis test including t test and f test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the financial crisis has no effect on the interest in starting a business, self-efficacy has a significant effect on the interest in starting a business, the mental condition of students has no effect on the interest in starting a business. Meanwhile, it also shows how the quarter century crisis, self-efficacy and student mindset affect entrepreneurial interest. Keywords : Quarter Life Crisis, Self-Efficacy, Student Mindset, Entrepreneurial Interest

    Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out how Gojek users decide to use Gojek services. In this research, five variables are used, namely price, convenience, service quality and trust, which are independent variables, while user decisions are dependent variables. Whereas in this study the number of respondents obtained was 147 respondents based on the results of the questionnaire distributed but from that number there were 47 respondents who did not meet the sample criteria, so the number of samples that had been selected was only 100 respondents. In determining the sample criteria in this study using purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on certain criteria. The analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression analysis technique that is with research data in the form of cross section data. The results in this study indicate that the variable price, convenience, service quality and trust simultaneously have a positive effect simultaneously on Gojek service user decisions. On the price variable, convenience, service quality and trust have a partial positive effect on the decision of Gojek service users.Keywords: Price, Ease, Service Quality, Trust, User Decision

    This study examines and analyzes the effect of price, promotion, service, location, product layout and product completeness partially or simultaneously on shopping decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on shopping decisions, promotions on shopping decisions, services on shopping decisions, location on shopping decisions, product layout on shopping decisions, and product completeness on shopping decisions at Sinar Mas supermarket consumers, Kab-Ende- NTT. The sampling technique used was the Accidental Sampling Method with the criteria for students aged 15 to 55 years with a specified number of respondents as many as 99 people. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, partially the price, promotion, service, location, product layout and product completeness simultaneously have a significant effect on shopping decisions. Price, service, location, product layout and product completeness partially have a significant effect on shopping decisions.     Abstract This research aims to know and analysis the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage to dividend policy in companies IDX30 index listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since 2018 until 2020. This population used all company IDX30 index listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since 2018 until 2020 with total 30 companies. Meanwhile, all sample in this study used purposive sampling technique for selection all sample with many characteristic and total resulted is 12 sample companies. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research and data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data from financial report IDX30 company. This analysis used is normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypotesa test and determination coefficients (R2). Through this study it can be conclude that Profitability doesn’t have a significant effect to dividend policy, liquidity have a negative effect but not significant to dividend policy, leverage have a negative effect and significant to dividend policy.  Keyword : Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Dividend Policy
